You will apply rigorous analysis to deliver detailed practical economic solutions to clients across the financial services sector. Experience is required in the practical application of economics within leading operators and regulatory authorities. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong macro-economic experience, regulatory, and leadership skills. Opportunities will include work both within the UK and internationally and provide considerable career development potential.
Your solutions will usually be the result of combining quantitative/statistical analysis with broad strategic/regulatory advice on the alternatives and constraints that an organisation faces.
To qualify, you will be able to demonstrate:
- A postgraduate degree in economics from a leading university
- Significant work experience in financial services in a consultancy, governmental organisation or corporate
- Experience in delivering competition/regulatory economic assignments, including extensive quantitative analysis and modelling
- Good presentation and writing skills
- Proven track record of developing consultancy sales
- Strong networking skills
